I sat down yesterday and I had the chance to make one of my favorite meals at Applebess. Tequilla lime chicken is one of my favorite meals, but this time I was enjoying it at home, not in the world famous restaraunt. It's a recipe that Applebess built their reputation around when Applebees was first introduced to the American appetite.
